Fat Cats Coffee & Bakery is a locally owned and operated coffee shop and bakery. Our goal is to provide our community with outstanding pastries in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.

Fat Cats was established in 2015 by Payal Patel. Her mission at Fat Cats was to not only to provide our community with lots of options, but better options. We stand by that mission by providing a rotating variety of 100% plant based versions of classic pastries and treats.
